The Americans with Disabilities Act has been protecting employees for over 30 years. In more recent years, a self-advocacy movement has swept the country especially among those with disabilities. During this webinar event, you will learn about what your rights are in the workplace as a person with a disability under both the federal law (ADA) and the state law (NJ LAD). You will learn how to request a reasonable accommodation and what the rules are surrounding disability disclosure
