Case intake and referral services:

Requests for assistance are made through our Intake Department, which is open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday by telephone and in-person by appointment. Messages may be left on the voicemail at (800) 922-7233 and by e-mail at [email protected] 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, however cases are reviewed during business hours only.
