In our final week of Gratitude November, we continue to share our commitment to reigniting the promise of Olmstead that all people with disabilities can receive services in the most integrated setting appropriate to their needs. 

As the New Jersey’s designated Protection and Advocacy agency, we are empowered to protect and legally advocate for people with disabilities, addressing problems at an individual and systemic level. We are the change agents, maximizing individual choice and independence.

On this #GivingTuesday we highlight the tremendous work of our Youth Practice Group, for their actions to assist youth with disabilities navigate the legal system and avoid the school-to-prison pipeline.
