About this Webinar:
The ASPYIR Transition Planning Tool is an innovative and interactive self-assessment tool for students and youth, ages 14 to 21, preparing for transition from school into adulthood. This webinar will introduce individuals to our no-cost resource and help individuals get started using ASPYIR to create a map to the future of choice

Utilizing ASPYIR can help identify skills, goals, and accommodations in the areas of education, employment, and independent living
More To Know About ASPYIR:
ASPYIR should be taken by the individual. Support while taking the questionnaire can be given by others and/or by Disability Rights New Jersey. We are available to work with the individual on how to use their questionnaire results effectively.

This webinar is open to anyone interested in learning about ASPYIR, but created especially for Students/Youth, Parents, and Educators.
