Your Rights to Vocational Rehabilitation Services: A webinar to help you understand an individual with disabilities right to Vocational Rehabilitation services through the State Agencies, the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services and the Commission for the Blind and Visually Impaired. This will provide the basis for this right in federal law, and the basics of eligibility for services.
