Home- and community-based services (HCBS) are a range of services that allow people with disabilities to live in their homes or community settings of their choice including: personal care, supported employment, non-medical transportation, home-delivered meals, and more. Home and community-based services provide person-centered care that addresses the needs of people who need help with daily activities.
Developmental Disabilities Level of Care
