Medicaid Eligibility Legal Clinic

Disability Rights NJ and the Disability Law Student Association at Rutgers Law School Camden seek up to 20 adults receiving services from DDD in New Jersey to register for a Medicaid eligibility legal clinic on October 29, 2021 from 1:30pm to 4:00pm.

The clinic will offer no cost one-on-one consultations with law students and Disability Rights NJ attorneys to ensure continued Medicaid eligibility during and after the end of the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency

Any adult enrolled with the DDD Supports, Supports+PDN, or Community Care Programs may request an appointment, but appointments are limited. Slots are first-come, first-serve. Virtual and in-person appointments at the Rutgers Law School in Camden, NJ will be available.

If you receive services from DDD and had any of the following changes during the pandemic, this clinic is for you!

  • Turned 65 years old
  • Had a change in income or savings
  • Began receiving SSDI or Medicare
  • Lost work
  • Lost SSI eligibility, or
  • You just want to check up on your Medicaid and DDD eligibility.
